QUALITY OBJECTIVES

Receive zero (0) valid customer complaints

Reduce nonconformities (in any form/nature) by 50% per annum

Achieve zero (0) significant non-conformance in any aspect of work

Attain the KPI target or higher overall rating in customer satisfaction: 80% Monthly; 85% Quarterly; 90% Annually

Ensure availability of calibration certificate to customers' completion time on a turnaround time of seven (7) Working Days for Minor and ten (10) Working Days for Major from receipt of equipment

Assure at least 85% of the total number of customers remain "Active" and obtain at least ten (10) new customers annually

7

Ensure employees are committed to their quality responsibilities and productivity efficiency in line with the company's goals and objectives, by individually achieving at least 50% as overall rating in the quarterly performance evaluation
